Ramati is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive
management experience. Prior to founding Emza
EMZA Visual Sense, he founded and served as
president of ModusNovo (today Excedo Technologies
Ltd.), a developer of billing systems for
Internet service providers, and served as
VP for product delivery and customer support
at ECtel Ltd. Previously, Ramati served as
CIO of Intel Israel. Ramati holds a bachelor's
degree in physics and mathematics from the
Hebrew University of Jerusalem. |

Smilansky, Ph.D., CSO |

Dr.
Zeev Smilansky has over 20 years' experience
in Israeli high-tech, developing complex systems
that involve mathematical algorithms, software,
optics, electronics, and mechanics. He is
a world-renowned expert in image processing.
Smilansky was responsible for development
of novel color systems for the world's first
digital scanner at Scitex Corporation, and
headed the algorithm department at Orbotech.
Since 1995 he has filled numerous key roles
with Israeli and international companies.
Smilansky holds a doctorate degree in pure
mathematics from a joint program at the Hebrew
University of Jerusalem and University College
, London . He has authored 15 patents and
is widely published in his various fields
of expertise.

| Yossi
Givati, VP Product Management & Customer
Support |

Yossi
Givati is a veteran R&D leader. He co-founded
Optibase Ltd.,
a pioneering start-up in image compression
products. He served as chief engineer at DMATEK
Dmatek Ltd. and VP products and service for
Eplication Networks. Givati's areas of experience
expertise include mobile and wireless applications
and products, command and control systems,
image processing products, Internet and IP
networks, and monitoring systems. He holds
a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
from Ben Gurion University of the Negev .

| Moshe
Carmel, Vice President, Marketing and Sales |

Moshe
has over 14 years experience in Sales and
Marketing. Prior to EMZA, he was Executive
VP Sales at Wisair, a company providing Ultra
Wideband and Wireless USB chipsets. From 1999
to 2004, Moshe served as Vice President, Global
Sales at Floware Wireless Systems and Vice
President, Carriers Sales at Alvarion. During
the years 1995 to 1998, he held several Marketing
and Sales managerial positions at ECI Telecom.
Moshe
received his MBA degree in 1994 from Tel
Aviv University and his BSc in EE in 1989
from the University of California, Los Angeles
(UCLA).

Premo, US Sales Manager |

Another
veteran entrepreneur, Mark has a proven history
of successfully introducing nascent high-tech
products into the marketplace. His previous
work at FORE Systems, FastFoward Networks,
and World Wide Packets all resulted in highly
successful exits for those companies. Mark
received his BA (Summa Cum Laude) from St.
John?s University in Collegeville, MN, and
his Master?s degree from Carnegie-Mellon University.
Mark is also an accomplished French horn player.
